We want you to love your University Co-op gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain items like clearance goods and custom-ordered apparel are final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
